Partially Ungraded Option Request Form

I wish to exercise the “partially ungraded” option for the course listed below. I understand that this election is IRREVOCABLE after the submission deadline.

A JD student who matriculated in 2018 or after can make only ONE “partially ungraded” election during the student’s enrollment at the College of Law. (This limit does not include or otherwise affect courses that are offered only on an S/U basis.) Students may not elect this option for required upper-division courses (i.e., Constitutional Law II or Professional Responsibility) or a course that is used to satisfy the upper-level writing requirement. The student’s grade for that course will be reported as follows:
