Required Personal Statement: In order for the Admissions Committee to fully evaluate an application for readmission, your personal statement should include the following points:
1.Why were you dismissed or why did you withdraw from the College of Law?
2.Why are you seeking readmission to the College of Law?
3.How has your time been spent while absent from the College of Law?
4.If you were academically dismissed, please include details on self-reflectionregarding necessary changes to be successful at the College of Law if readmitted.

Optional Supplemental Documents: If available, we suggest providing documents detailing information concerning reasons for dismissal / withdrawal and petition for readmissions (i.e. documents from a health care professional or other appropriate sources if applicable).
