FSU College of Law is seeking nominations for its Exemplary Public Service Career Award. We wish to recognize an alumnus/alumna who has dedicated his/her career to public service and who has demonstrated exceptional character, integrity, humility and professionalism as well as the highest regard for ethics. The award is meant to honor a public servant whose dedication to the profession may otherwise be underappreciated. The recipient of the award will receive a portrait that will hang in a designated location within the College of Law. Additional considerations include: Length of the nominee’s public service career Impact of the nominee’s public service career (number of people served; significant legal achievements, etc.) Demonstrated ability to inspire others Motivated by a genuine concern for others, as displayed in various facets of the nominee’s personal and professional life
