Florida State University students planning a career in international law can receive additional training in the College of Law’s certificate program in International Law. The program, which recognizes its graduates for their concentration in the area, carries additional requirements beyond those for the J.D. degree, and signals potential employers that a graduate has advance training in the field of international law. Admission to the International Law Certificate Program is required. Pursuant to University policy, students are not enrolled in a certificate program by virtue of being enrolled in related courses. To enroll in the International Law Certificate Program you must submit this application prior to the completion of the second course that you plan to use to satisfy the certificate requirements.
