Most audio visual equipment is available to faculty, staff and student organizations. Submit this form to request setup of audio-visual equipment/services.

The Technology Department cannot fill student requests without the written consent of a faculty sponsor or dean.

Please submit your request as early in advance as possible to ensure greatest availability. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request that we suggest you retain for future reference..
